Physical Therapy & Pediatric Physical Education

Introducing our physical therapist Jacob (Dukyong) Lee, PT. DPT who is an expert in movement science and physical education. Dr. Lee holds a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and Bachelors in Physical Education from Korea National Sports University. 
 

PBM Physical Therapy offers outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic injuries including any joint pain, tendinopathy, tendonitis, low back & neck pain, sport injuries, return to sport  program, post surgical care, strengthening and conditioning after surgeries for all gender and ages. Our team of experts are committed in providing customized services to fit your specific needs, help your body maintain strength and be well conditioned.

PBM Pediatric Physical Education  offers strengthening and conditioning program for individuals with special needs including kids with Autism. We typically delivers 45min one-on-one session with focusing on reaching customer specific goals in their sports and behavioral goals.

- In-network with Anthem, Aetna/First Health, UHC, Cigna, and Humana.

- We can provide you "Super Bill" so that you can get reimbursed from your insurance company.
